Banana Peanut Butter Popsicles...
yes - they look gross, but man were they good! I borrowed this recipe from Rachael Ray, but added the chocolate to top them off. We were trying to come up with a creative way to get my DD and I in the kitchen since gw was born and this was one thing we came up with that was quick and easy. My husband thinks they are too rich, but he's not a dessert person, so... Please excuse the chopsticks, but you gotta use what you have! I have been trying to get back into the scrapping room since the baby was born, but I just received a packet of pictures and I am too overwhelmed to begin.Wednesday, August 26, 2009

new blogger
new blogger here.
Not sure about much of this, had a myspace but I moved and it won't let me access it without my old email. I created a facebook page not too long ago, and have had a website for a while, but never a blog! This blog has been created for my ITEC class with Dr. Downs. I am working on my Ed.S. in Teaching and Learning, with an emphasis in Literacy. I teach first grade, but am currently on maternity leave until October. I have two children and have been married for seven years. I enjoy cooking, scrapbooking, and reading in my free time, precious little of it that there is! Thanks for reading my blog!
